Which app should I download?

Download the Xoda App, not the Xoda Go App.

Can I sign up without purchasing a plan?

Yes. Purchasing a plan or pack is not required during the signup process.

Why can't I find my gym?

Ensure the gym name is entered correctly.

For shorter gym names between 2–5 characters, the full name must be entered.

What payment methods are supported?
