The Delete Account option is available in the Xoda Member App to comply with Apple's App Store requirements.
As part of Apple's Mandatory User Account Deletion Policy, all apps published on the App Store must provide users with a way to request account deletion directly from within the app.
Because of this requirement, the Delete Account option cannot be removed from either:
- The Xoda App (Freemium)
- White-labelled or branded member apps
Without this feature, Apple may reject app submissions and updates from being published on the App Store.

💡 Important: What Happens When a User Deletes Their Account?

Once a member deletes their account:
- Their app access is disabled.
- They can no longer log in to the member app.
- Existing memberships remain active.
- Existing bookings and account history remain intact.
If they attempt to log in again, they will see the following message:
"Your account has been deactivated. Please contact your club to reactivate your user account."
The member must then contact the business if they wish to regain access.
