Overview
The Registration Settings page allows you to customise how
new members register with your gym or studio.
From this page, you can:

Configure Lead Stages

Manage Lead Sources
-
Customise Member Registration Questions
-
Configure Profile Image Requirements
These settings help tailor your registration process to suit your business
workflow.
💡 Important: Your configuration is applied consistently across the Staff Portal, Member Portal, Web Sign-Up, and your branded mobile app.
Before You Start
Before making changes:

Ensure you have permission to manage Company Profile settings.

Review your lead management and member registration process.
-
Changes apply to future registrations unless otherwise specified.
Access Registration Settings

Navigate to Settings › Profile.

Select the Registration Settings tab.
The page is divided into four sections:

Lead Stages

Lead Sources
-
Member Registration Questions

Profile Image Setup
Lead Stages
Lead Stages allow you to define the different stages of your sales or onboarding
process.
By default, XODA includes stages such as:
- Waiting
- Assigned
- Follow Up
- Trial Period
- Lost
- Account Created
- Won
You can customise these stages to better reflect your business process.
Add a Lead Stage

Enter the new stage name in the Add another field.

Click + Add.
The new stage will be available when managing leads.
💡 Note: If your gym's Trial Period
is configured as 0 days, the Trial Period stage will automatically
be removed.
Lead Sources
Lead Sources help identify where new enquiries originate.
Examples include:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Campaign
- Walk-in
- Friends and Family
- Local Business
You can customise these sources to match your marketing channels.
Add a Lead Source

Enter the new source name in the Add another field.

Click + Add.
The new stage will be available when managing leads.
Member Registration Questions
Choose which information members must provide during registration.
The default registration fields include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
💡 Important: The default registration fields First
Name, Last Name, and Email Address are mandatory system fields. They cannot
be removed, disabled, or configured, and will always be included and required
during member registration.
You can also add your own custom registration questions.
Add a Registration Question

Click Add Questions.

Select the new question you wish to add according to your business requirements.

Then, click + Add.

For each field, you can:

Mark it as Required.
- Remove it.
Profile Image Setup
The Profile Image Setup feature allows you to configure
whether members are required to upload a profile image during registration.
You can choose whether the image is:
and specify whether the requirement applies to:
- New Members
- Existing Members Without a Profile Image
- All Members Without a Profile Image

For the member app implementation, only branded gyms
can customize additional questions in the sign-up
flow.

If the gym is stand-alone, the member registration
questions section is shown at gym level.

If the gym is under a franchise, the member
registration questions section is shown at
franchise level.

Individual gyms under that franchise should
not customize their own separate question
set.
