The Payroll Report provides a summary of staff earnings for each payroll period. XODA automatically calculates payroll based on staff employment type, assigned services, and configured pay rates.
Payroll reports help businesses review staff earnings, verify payroll calculations, and prepare payroll for processing.
Before using Payroll Reports, ensure that:
- Staff profiles have been configured correctly.
- Employment types have been assigned (Permanent, Casual, or Contractor).
- Hourly rates and service categories have been configured where applicable.
Accurate staff configuration ensures payroll is calculated correctly.
XODA automatically runs the payroll calculation every:
- Day: Saturday
- Time: 12:45 PM
Each payroll batch calculates earnings for the period:
Sunday through Saturday of the current payroll week.
Payroll reports are grouped by employment type:
- Permanent
- Casual
- Contractor
This allows businesses to review payroll separately for each staff category.
Depending on the staff member's employment setup, the Payroll Report may include:
- Fixed Weekly Salary: Displays the fixed weekly salary for permanent employees.
- Session Earnings: Calculates earnings based on the sessions taught and the configured hourly rate for each service.
- Superannuation: Calculates superannuation based on the staff member's payroll configuration.
If a staff member is paid different hourly rates for different services, each service must be configured separately within the staff profile.
For example:
| Service | Hourly Rate |
|---|---|
| Personal Training | $60/hour |
| Group Fitness | $45/hour |
| Yoga | $50/hour |
Each service should be added as a separate row with its own hourly rate.
This ensures XODA calculates payroll accurately based on the type of session delivered.
💡 Tip: If multiple services share the same hourly rate, they can use the same configuration. If the rates differ, create separate entries for each service.
