💡 Note: The ClassPass integration must be enabled by XODA before your studio can connect with ClassPass.
Before requesting a ClassPass integration:
- Ensure your studio has an active ClassPass partner account.
- Contact XODA Support to enable the ClassPass integration feature.
- Have your XODA Partner ID available.
- Allow sufficient time for setup and coordination between XODA and ClassPass.
Step 1: Contact ClassPass Support
Studio managers should initiate the integration request directly with the ClassPass Partner Support team.
For the fastest routing and response, follow the instructions provided by ClassPass through their partner support channels.
💡 ClassPass requests submitted through the Partner Dashboard are routed directly to the appropriate implementation team.
Step 2: Request the XODA Integration
Contact XODA Support and request that the ClassPass Integration feature be enabled for your account.
This feature must be activated before ClassPass can connect to your XODA environment.
Step 3: Allow Time for Processing
Where possible, submit your request at least one week before your desired go-live date.
This provides sufficient time for:
- Feature activation
- Configuration validation
- ClassPass implementation
- Testing and verification
Step 4: Confirm Integration Details
Once your request is received, the ClassPass team will typically contact you to confirm:
- Studio information
- Integration preferences
- Operational requirements
- Scheduling preferences

Step 5: Integration Completion
After the setup details have been confirmed and approved:
- ClassPass will complete the integration setup.

The ClassPass team may request your XODA Partner ID during setup.
To Locate Your Partner ID
- Log in to the XODA Staff Portal.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Profile.
- Scroll to the Settings section of the Profile page.
- Locate the Account ID.
The Account ID serves as your Partner ID for the integration process.
For ClassPass integrations:
Venue ID = 1
This value is used when configuring the connection between XODA and ClassPass.
- The ClassPass integration has been enabled for your XODA account.
- ClassPass has received the required studio information.
- Your classes and availability can now be connected through the ClassPass platform.
