Requesting a Data Export from XODA

Overview

If your gym is transitioning to another platform, XODA can provide a copy of your data to assist with the migration process.

Data exports are supplied in XODA's standard migration format, which includes the key information typically required when importing data into another system.

Data Export Service

XODA offers data exports as a one-time paid service. Once completed, the exported data is provided directly to the gym or business owner.

For a typical gym with up to 300 active members, the standard migration fee is AUD $440 (including GST) per site.

For larger gyms, multi-site businesses, or requests involving more complex data requirements, pricing may vary. In these cases, please contact the XODA Support Team to discuss your requirements and obtain a customised quote before the export is processed.

💡 Important: The final cost is determined by the scope and complexity of the data requested. XODA will confirm the applicable fee before any data extraction work begins.
